Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, depending on the arrangement. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other electronic payment methods.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment by giving us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
Client Responsibilities
Access: You must provide us with access to your property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Safety: Please ensure that the working environment is safe for our cleaners, including securing pets and removing any hazardous materials.
Valuables: We advise you to secure any valuables, as Premier Maid Cleaning is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns and, if necessary, re-clean the area at no additional charge.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Maid Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
